Why cant GMA and Ab=BS CBN just team up together! (this only concerns filipinos okay)?

i mean both staion are good and they could do better, working with each other. kaya hindi natututo ang mga pilipinong mag kaisa dahil kahit mga TV stations nag aaway. =)
