Mothers day poem question?

Ok I swear there was a poem about mothers/grandmothers are like quilts? IS THERE ONE OUT THERE? I swear I saw it somewhere or maybe it was a quote? I found these really cute quilts and thought i'd give them as mothers day gifts with a poem framed that tied into the quilt?! Any help would be very much appreciated! THANK YOU!
