Is francisco rodriguez the most overrated closer in baseball?

He has a bunch of saves, so what? That doesn't make him any better than billy wagner, brad lidge, or even kerry wood for that matter. He only pitches in save spots and the angels play alot of close games so he gets to have alot of saves.
