!! Please help !! in writing a Business proposal?

Anybody out there that can help me with a project?... need help to write a business proposal for an existing company that customize or alter products. Needs to be in proper English, letting them know i am interested in being a reseller and need permission to use their samples,pictures and trademarks, etc to promote products. Sincerely, Novi
