Can the police hold victims personal mobile in a never ending court case ?

Seriously? Let the fuzz do their job, get your daughter another phone if it matters that much, the police can't just release evidence on a whim, and what's a 10 year old got a phone for anyway? I was 13 before I was allowed near one. Sit back, let the police do their job and be patient. You'll get it back eventually.
