Can i Weld with the power put out by my Bronco 2 Alternator?

No, you would probably burn out the rectifiers in the alternator with the spark spikes - unless you can find a definite recommendation to do it. You would be better off to disconnect the battery and use that directly and then recharge it. But don't go down too far, auto batteries are not deep discharge.
