In a long-distance relationship, and we keep having less time to communicate. How can we deal & make it work?

Sorry to say, but it sounds like she's pulling away. Make sure that you have a life outside her. When you do connect, let her know what you've been up to. If she sees that you have a life outside of her, she is more likely to want to be with you. If it comes across like you are sitting around waiting for her to call, you'll sound like a pathetic looser which kills attraction faster than anything.
