What is the name of this movie ? The plot is as follows ...?

a man was crossing the street during his lunch break looking at a big tower clock, when he becomes trapped in this time paradox cycle. Time and events keep on repeating themselves and what happens during his lunch break keeps on repeating itself over and over again at the end of his hour lunch break!! He is the only one who is aware of it and he attempts to break the cycle, but i didn't finish watching the movie :) it was a long time ago, and I am curious now !
