How can I get a new Colombian birth certificate or a new social security card?

wow...Bogota has to many notary where u could being register... mmmm let me think....www.das.gov.co you can send a request, I suggest you do this in spanish, if u need help I will happy to do that for you. I am Colombian citizen.
