Does the Cleveland Browns need to get new owners?

The Browns are a sad organization. The Browns are not different than the Redskins and Raiders, a long history of making poor decisions. Obviously the hiring of Mangini was a bad decision, I mean who couldn't see this coming a mile away? Mangini had a more talented team the past few years in New York and still couldn't get the team to the playoffs. If he couldn't make it happen with the Jets what would make you think he could do it with the Browns? The guy is not cut out to be a head coach. What Cleveland needs to do is take a page from Miami's book and hire someone like maybe Mike Holmgren to come in and be a head of football operations like Parcells in Miami. Somebody who knows football and knows what it takes to run a successful organization and make smart hiring decisions in terms of a coach and personnel. People like Randy Lerner, Al Davis, and Daniel Snider are not football people and not cut out to make smart football decisions. From there let Holmgren take over and lead that team in a different direction, starting with a new head coach. Great teams like the Patriots, Steelers and Colts will continue to be great because unlike the Browns, they have a history of making smart calculated decisions and know what it takes to make a great football team and ultimately Super Bowl championships.
