Would our government be set up much differently if it hadnt been heavily influenced by the bible?

Our founding fathers are often described by ignorant and uneducated Liberals as progressives from the enlightenment-perhaps because they were enlightening themselves with mind altering substances during college. In reality an opposing movement broke off during the European romantic age opposing the industrial revolution. The Romantics opposed organized religion and sought nature to be the source of God as opposed to the Liberals of the enlightenment at the time. If you read the wording of the Declaration of Independence, you can clearly see that our founders felt our rights came from "Nature's God". The concept of freedom of religion in the Bill of Rights was also a rebellion against the organized church-and the monarchies that claimed divine right. Men were allowed to seek their truth from any religion and to look at the Bible in any way they wished-influence came from the book itself rather than the church endorsed kings' interpretations of it.
