What are your answers for fixing the New York Knicks woes?

Fire Thomas. Get someone in there that knows what they're doing. Then pretty much have a fire sale. Try to trade all of their big contracts for contracts that will expire this season or next season to get themselves out of the luxury tax and under the salary cap and then try to make a big impact in free agency. It'd be a lengthy rebuilding but the Knicks are really screwed up.
