Looking to start a specialty home bakery business - any guidance from a foodie?

I currently have my business cards, working on my brochures and website. Looking for opportunity to rent a commercial kitchen a few days a week. I have orders coming in, often, however, i'm unaware of the best way to set up the business, who to order ingredients from, etc.
