In your opinion, based on what you've seen out of each team, who DESERVES to make the playoffs?(Cle or Ten)

Based on what you have seen from the two teams this year, tell me who you believe deserves to make the playoffs. You could make a strong case for both, but I think the Browns deserve it much more. Considering this team wasn't suppose to compete at all this year, the fact that NOBODY gave them a shot at even winning half of their games, and here they are on the brink of the playoffs. Not to mention, the fans of Cleveland deserve it millions upon millions times more than Titan fans, Cleveland fans are the most loyal fans in the country. Not to mention, the Titans were expected to be in the playoffs, yet they have underperformed and were overrated at the beginning of the season and still are. BUt just cause you agree, doesn't mean you will get the ten points, give me a good, solid argument either way and I'll award whoever makes the best argument.
