Having a Weird Sensation?

Ok, so I'm 18, average weight (just so you know it's not due to menopause or some kind of weight thing), and I've been having this weird sensation come over my body. The only way to describe it is like standing next to a powerful stereo speaker for a millisecond (it only lasts that long) what does this mean??
